1. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability of flowers at Dangwa market.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment and our confirmation message.
- We accept orders at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day orders may be accommodated based on availability — please message us directly.
- We reserve the right to decline orders if we are fully booked.
2. Payment
- Payment is via GCash or Maribank to 09674735087 (Philip Joshua Lee).
- Full payment is required before the order is prepared.
- You must upload your payment receipt through our website or send it via Messenger/SMS.
- We will confirm receipt of payment within 2–4 hours on business days.
3. Substitution Policy
Specific flower varieties are subject to availability at Dangwa market. If a requested variety is unavailable, we will substitute with a flower of equal or higher quality and similar aesthetic. We will inform you of any significant substitutions before proceeding.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund, as flowers have already been sourced and prepared.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days back to your GCash or Maribank account.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is via Lalamove within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Delivery fees are for the customer's account unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery time slots are approximate. Traffic and weather may cause delays beyond our control.
- If no one is available to receive the bouquet at the delivery address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- We are not responsible for damage caused during third-party delivery.
6. Photos & Arrangement Disclaimer
Product photos on our website are for reference only. Actual arrangements may vary slightly due to seasonal flower availability, natural variations in bloom size and colour, and our creative interpretation of your request. We guarantee that every arrangement is crafted with care and meets our quality standards.
